HR service is a structural unit of the university. In its activity, it is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The basic tasks of HR activity are staffing the university with personnel of the necessary specialties, professions and qualifications and their selection and placement, maintaining personnel records of the university, creating a personnel reserve. 

The main activity of HR is maintaining personnel records management, solving personnel issues, organizing work with personnel of all structural divisions of the university in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and monitoring the implementation of internal labor regulations.

The activity on the information system of the HR-service which has been implemented since 2000 under the "Automated Workplace - Personnel" program has been adjusted.

"Automated workplace - Personnel" is a data warehouse about personnel and personnel work, where the data of employees is provided in 8 areas (personal data, information about education, data on work, benefits received, vacations, data on marital status, information on incentives, measures taken, awards), which contains 74 different information. Using the entered data, you can get information in the form of a request for the university, institute, departments and divisions.

The HR service has collected regulations on the structural divisions of the university, approved by the rector of the university, service instructions for employees, developed in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system "GOST R ISO 9000".
