Кorkyt ata Кyzylorda university has signed a memorandum of cooperation with 5 major Аzerbaijani universities

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an exhibition under the brand "Study in Kazakhstan" on March 4-5 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. 

The main goal is to organize large-scale events aimed at cooperation between the universities of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, attracting foreign students to Kazakhstani universities, and exchanging experience in personnel training.

Astana University hosted a round table with the participation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the RoK Sayasat Nurbek and the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev, universities of the two countries on the topic "Expanding cooperation in the field of higher education between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan", where the parties expressed their willingness to cooperate and support mutual initiatives. 

The event was attended by representatives of the delegation of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, headed by the Chairman of the Board, Rector Beibitkul Karimova. Within the framework of the exhibition, the delegation met with the leadership of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the Azerbaijan University of Economics and agreed on cooperation with new universities. As a result, the educational institution has signed a memorandum of cooperation with 5 major universities. In particular, Baku State University, Azerbaijan University of Petroleum and Industry, Baku Slavic University, Lankaran University, Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports.

20 universities of the country participated in the educational exhibition in Azerbaijan, which conducted recruiting work to attract foreign applicants to Kazakhstan. Azerbaijani students were provided with information about academic mobility and internship opportunities in Kazakhstan.
