The I Alumni Forum

As part of the celebration of the 85th anniversary of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. The First Alumni Forum was held. The meeting brought together graduates-leaders who successfully work in various fields.

 Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, graduate of the University Galym Amreyev noted that the educational institution has reached a new level of development and will further contribute to the implementation of large-scale initiatives.

  The head of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region, Shakhmardan Baymanov, noted that the university had a great influence on the formation of many young people. In addition, now the best graduates should meet with students more often, conduct a master class "Formula of achievements".

  At the event, the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the University Beibitkul Karimova noted the special contribution of graduates to the strategic development of the educational institution.

 - The Alumni Association has been working at the University since 2005. Under the auspices of our graduates, work is constantly being done to strengthen the material and technical base and develop the university. Especially great sponsorship is given to the opening of research-oriented laboratories.

 Today, our university is entering a new stage of work with graduates. The experience of the best international and domestic educational institutions has been studied. In order to educate qualified personnel necessary for our Motherland in the future, comprehensive strategic development of the university is very important, and I call for joint work in this direction, - said Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna.

 Co-chairman of the Alumni Association, Director of the Kyzylorda Agricultural and Technical Higher College named after I.Abdykarimova, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Bakhytkhan Abdykarimov, co-chairman of the Association, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Maksut Doszhanov noted that the association contributed to the establishment of strong ties between the university and graduates.

 General Director of "Mansap" LLP, Master of Business Administration (MBA), graduate of the English language specialty Sofia Abdurazakova, Director of the Kyzylorda regional branch of "First Heartland Jysan Bank" JSC, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), graduate of the International Relations specialty Roman Tsoi, Doctor of Philology, Professor, graduate of the University Zhenis Saduakasuly spoke at the forum.   

  It is worth noting that an Endowment Fund has been established at the university since 2021. In the future, special e-books "Golden Alumni Board" and "Our Graduates" will be developed for students who have contributed to the development of the university.

 Gulshat Duzelbaeva, Corporate Secretary of the University, senior lecturer of the Department of Economic Theory and Public Administration, Candidate of Economic Sciences, was elected the new head of the Alumni Association.

  Graduates were also awarded the medal "Uzdik Tulek" of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. At the end of the forum, the graduates exchanged views in a free format and discussed the strategic development of the university. In the future, the university and the Alumni Association agreed to prepare a joint roadmap for the development of the university.
