Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Deputy Head of the Department of Software and Distance Educational Technologies

To participate in the competition, you must submit the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition;

2) a copy of the identity document of the participant of the Competition;

3) track record of the contestant with a 3x4 color photo;

4) copies of educational documents and appendices to them with the presentation of the originals for verification;

5) a copy of the document confirming the work activity, certified by the personnel service at the place (current or last) of work;

6) list of scientific papers and inventions (if available);

7) Form No. 075/u "Medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion)"Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020. (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 No. 21579)

8) a certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

Submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list provided for in this paragraph is the basis for refusal in any form to accept the application.The participant of the competition has the right to submit additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Must know: scientific and practical problems of the relevant fields of knowledge, the main directions of the development of science; laws, resolutions, orders, orders, standards and other normative and methodological documents related to the educational process and research activities; best practices of organizations in the educational process; the established procedure for organizing and planning work in the department; the procedure for concluding and execution of contracts; fundamentals of labor legislation; fundamentals of scientific labor organization; the procedure for drawing up, registration and maintenance of educational and scientific documentation; the procedure for assessing the qualifications of programmers and management specialists; rules and norms of occupational safety, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection; organize research and methodological work of the department.

Qualification requirements:  Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty, work experience in creating and maintaining web sites for at least 5 years.

Deadline for submission of documents: December 23, 2022, until 17:00. The date and venue of the contest will be announced additionally.
