At the Korkyt ata  Kyzylorda University in May 2017, the Center for Youth Entrepreneurship "Business Start" was established.

A business incubator is an organization created to support young entrepreneurs who want to start their own business, but do not have the opportunity to do so, and to assist in obtaining commercially effective products and creating productive production. The centers, which are quite common in world practice, operate in many countries. For the first time such establishments were opened in the late 50s-early 60s in the USA and Great Britain. They successfully improve new projects and startups.

The term "Startup" is a term that is constantly accompanied by a business incubator.  Startup or start-up company in English means "Begin". This term is often used in the field of IT and in the field of Internet projects.

Within the framework of the direction of development and popularization of entrepreneurship, a seminar "Startup Bolashak" was held at the university. The "Menin armanym" project, the "Zhas project" , "HackDay" and "Smart city  Kyzylorda" and other events were organized. As well as the regional festival of innovative projects "Smart city Hackathon", "PechaKucha Night Kyzylorda", "Startup roadshow", "Enactus Kazakhstan roadshow", "Startup Talapker incubation", "Innofest", "SLL workshop", "SocInn startup", "NoCodeDay", "Open Speech Kyzylorda" were held programs and events. Currently, the business incubator is actively conducting its work.

How does the "Business Incubator" help students?
- Provides assistance to initiators of student business projects in the strategic analysis of a business idea;
- Will consult and evaluate how to make a Business plan;
- Will informatively promote the search and attraction of financial resources;
- Provides marketing support to your new business;
- Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University provides an office at the stages of formation of small businesses created with the participation of students.
