NPP: explanatory work has been carried out at the university

Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt ata organized work to clarify important topics in the field of nuclear energy. The meeting was attended by the head of the Department of Nuclear Safety and Nuclear Energy of the Institute of Atomic Energy of RSE "National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Vitaly Pospelov and Associate Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyova, PhD scientist Nurlan Amangeldy and Vice-rector for Scientific Work and International Relations Mainur Abiltayevna.

The scientists made presentations on the importance of nuclear energy, new research and technologies in the field of nuclear physics, as well as on environmental and energy security issues. Teachers and students also discussed topical issues of safety of nuclear power plants, the use of nuclear energy and new technologies. 

Such meetings will give a new impetus to the research of young scientists, increase interest in nuclear energy and nuclear physics.

During the meeting, the participants asked questions to industry experts, exchanged views on new initiatives and prospects in the field of nuclear energy.
