The AI-Sana Project and AI WEEK 2025 in Kyzylorda: Results of Artificial Intelligence Week

1. AI Bootcamp

As part of AI WEEK 2025, a four-day AI Bootcamp was held at the Kyzylorda Hub. The training program was aimed at teaching participants how to effectively use artificial intelligence tools in their daily work and creative endeavors. This is quite a familiar situation: many hours are spent on performing repetitive tasks. During the AI Bootcamp, participants learned how to complete these processes within few minutes. During this practical course, participants who experienced the real benefits of artificial intelligence found new ways to increase their productivity.

Course content:
- Compiling texts, events, and posts from a single idea;
- Creating images and videos in a visual format using artificial intelligence;
- Learning methods for automating work processes and saving time.

Importantly, there is absolutely no need to write code during this course. The training presented generative artificial intelligence tools in a simple format that anyone can understand.

About 30 participants, including journalists, teachers, students and schoolchildren, took part in the AI Bootcamp. They acquired practical skills in working with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and other artificial intelligence platforms.

During the workshop, participants:
- Added data from Excel and other sources to Power BI;
- Created their first interactive reports and charts;
- Learned how to visually present information using visual dashboards.

Power BI is an effective tool for analyzing data and displaying results in a visual format, allowing one to rely on real data rather than intuition while making decisions. That is why this workshop was attended not only by IT specialists, but also by managers and young people interested in analytics.

About 30 participants took part in the event and gained new knowledge and experience. At the end of the workshop, participants experienced the benefits of simplified and effective analysis when creating their first visual reports. Kyzylorda Hub continues to contribute to the development of digital literacy and technological culture in the region through such practical events.
