Anti-corruption culture: values and ethical principles

The regional akimat hosted a republican scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the anti-corruption service.

The meeting was moderated by compliance officer of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University Alibek Zhappasbayev, who noted the importance of the event.

Issues of corruption prevention, promotion of preventive work in various circles of society, legal declaration based on anti-corruption laws, conscientious service, respect for parental law, and moral education were discussed at the meeting.

At the meeting, presentations were made by the head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region Kuanysh Akhmetkaliev, First Deputy Akim of the region Daniyar Zhanalinov, First deputy head of the Anti-Corruption Agency department for the Kyzylorda region Asylkhan Ashikov, Chairman of the territorial association of trade unions of the Kyzylorda region Maksut Nalibayev, Professor of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov Zhanna Shayakhmetova, professor of Zhetysu University Bolat Aitimov, veteran of the anti-corruption Agency Bakytzhan Niyazov.

In the coming years, the agency faces the task of taking the fight against corruption to a new level, forming legal awareness and culture in society.
