The "Develop to Shine" project is yielding positive results

The Psychological Support Center of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University hosted a training for the staff of the educational institution on the topic “Prevention of emotional burnout of employees”.

"From January 8 to January 15, the University's teaching staff and employees took part in the psychological training. Such events have a significant impact on a person's individual and professional development. They reveal a person's potential and contribute to finding their place in society, individual growth and achieving professional success. In the future, an annual traditional organization is planned," said Kuralai Imanalieva, the head of the Psychological Support Center.

Psychological training is an activity aimed at improving a person's individual development, emotional intelligence, and communication skills. Such trainings help a person to work on himself, reveal his inner resources and effectively cope with life difficulties.
