Ways to combat gambling addiction

The Psychological Support Center of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University organized a meeting against the problem of ludomania.
The meeting was held from 3 to 7 February at the Institute of Natural Sciences in order to implement a special plan to combat ludomania and drug addiction. The event was attended by Kenzhe Baidusenova, a narcologist at the regional narcological dispensary, and Assel Alikhan, a specialist at the regional neuropsychiatric hospital.

During the meeting, tips and recommendations were given on the causes and symptoms of ludomania, and ways to overcome it. In addition, industry experts shared information with students about methods of control and prevention of gambling addiction.
Measures aimed at protecting the mental health of young people and promoting a healthy lifestyle will be continued.
