Donate a book from the bottom of your heart

The scientific library of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted the “Donate a Book from Bottom of your Heart” campaign dedicated to February 14, the International Book Donation Day.

"According to the tradition of this year, the library staff organized a book donation campaign. The purpose of the event is to replenish the book collection with new literature and strengthen ties, friendship and respect between readers,” said Gulmira Satbayeva, director of the Scientific Library.

Rakhat Dzhaksybai, a media manager and graduate of the Bolashak program, and university students took part in the campaign who donated new books to the library fund. Currently, the university's total library collection consists of about 2 million copies of books. This includes books of various genres, teaching aids, scientific publications, and rare books.
