Discussed the further plans with representatives of Temirbek Zhurgenov Public Foundation

A meeting with representatives of Temirbek Zhurgenov Public Foundation was held at Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University.

The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Mainura Buribayeva, Chairman of T.Zhurgenov Foundation, deputy of the regional maslikhat Amirbek Shaimagambetov, members of the Foundation Mukhit Torebayev, Artur Kamal and Director of the Department of Science Nargul Saktaganova. During the meeting, representatives of the foundation presented the university's scientific library with a book dedicated to Temirbek Zhurgenov's 125th birthday.

The Public Foundation is aimed at promoting the life and work of Temirbek Zhurgenov, studying and developing his legacy.

"Temirbek Zhurgenov holds a special place in history. At one time, he made a significant contribution to the development of the culture of the Kazakh people and the formation of the national education system. In the future, together with the foundation, it is planned to organize scientific conferences, research works, events in the field of art and education,” said Nargul Saktaganova, Director of the Department of Science.

It is worth noting that the foundation also supports higher education and creative development of youth. Currently, there is one student studying at the educational institution, sponsored by the foundation.
