5 years since the establishment of the center "Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan"!

The center "Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan" of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University has been operating since 2020. The center is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year. It coincided with the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The main goal of the center is to strengthen friendship and cooperation between various ethnic groups of Kazakhstan, preserve national unity and peace. In addition, the center implements initiatives of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, organizes events and projects aimed at the preservation and development of national cultures and languages.

Over the past five years, the center's staff has organized 23 articles in Scopus about interethnic friendship, the ethno-demographic situation of the peoples of Kazakhstan who were persecuted during the Soviet era, published in highly rated publications in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, conference collections, social networks and other sources of information.

University students take part in events organized by 11 ethnocultural centers of the region, receive up-to-date information about the work of representatives of other nationalities working towards the development of the country. This year, the staff of the “Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan” Center will begin developing a monograph "The formation of a polyethnic people of the land of Syr."
