Law and Order: A trial was held among the students

Within the framework of the Law and Order project, a trial on the topic "Public speaking skills of a lawyer and prosecutor in court proceedings" was organized in the Kyzylorda Regional Court with the participation of students of the educational program Law Studies of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The meeting was attended by Duman Aliyev the judge of the specialized interdistrict court of Kyzylorda region, Kurmet Kambayev, a member of the Kyzylorda Regional Bar Association, Bakytzhan Rysbai, prosecutor of the Public Prosecution Support Group of the Kyzylorda City Prosecutor's Office, and Assel Mukhamedina Head of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines at Atyrau University named after H.Dosmukhamedov, teachers and students. 

At the meeting, students of the education program Law Studies conducted a criminal trial. During the trial, the students paid special attention to the skills of presenting arguments and speaking skills, tactics for clarifying questions and answers of prosecutor and the defense involved in the procedural provisions.

The purpose of the event is to promote the principle of "Law and order" among young people, as set out in the message of Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Fair Kazakhstan: Law and order, economic growth, public optimism", improvement of legal culture and formation of professional skills of future lawyers.
