In a dynamic battle of wits and eloquence, teams from four cities tried their luck

The «Birlik Cup I» inter-university debate tournament, themed «National unity – the foundation of Kazakhstan's development», was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda university. The event was organized by the «Aqiqat» political debate club in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of Kazakhstan’s folk.

Four teams participated in the tournament: Berlin, Tashkent, Minsk, and Tbilisi. During the debates, participants shared their thoughts on the importance of national unity and its contribution to the sustainable development of Kazakhstan, engaging in interesting discussions.

Following a tense competition, the Tashkent team took first place, the Minsk team took second place, and the Tbilisi team took third place.

Besides, during the tournament Alikhan Askar was awarded the title of «Best Speaker» for his outstanding performance.

In conclusion, the organizers expressed their gratitude to the participants and emphasized the role of such events in broadening the horizons of young people and increasing their civic engagement. The tournament served as an example of friendship and cooperation, contributing to the promotion of national unity among students.
