AFM online 2025: Financial literacy is a time requirement

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University took part online in the forum "AFM online 2025: Financial Triggers of the 21st Century", organized by the Financial Monitoring Agency together with the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education.

The main goal of the forum is to increase financial literacy among young people and the general population, and to form a legal culture. One of the relevant directions of the event was to draw the attention of young people to the need to exercise caution by explaining modern threats and new types of fraud in the financial sector.

During the event, the signs and methods of preventing financial pyramids, types of online fraud and methods of protection against it, the concept of "dropper", as well as threats related to disinformation and deepfake technologies were considered.

Using concrete examples, the forum participants were clearly shown the various financial risks and emphasized the importance of financial knowledge in the modern digital age.
