Opening Ceremony of Yeleusin Kainazarov Street was held

In the new "Baiterek" residential district of Kyzylorda city, a solemn ceremony was held to inaugurate the street named after the prominent statesman and public figure, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, police colonel, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, and honored worker of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, Yeleusin Kainazarov.

The ceremony was attended by the Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Mainura Buribayeva, Chairman of the University’s Veterans Council, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Bakhyt Kaliyev, professors and faculty members, leadership of the Kyzylorda city administration, veterans and employees of law enforcement agencies, representatives of the local intelligentsia, cultural workers, as well as relatives and close ones of Yeleusin Kainazarov.

For Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, the name of Yeleusin Kainazarov is a shining example of courage and integrity, knowledge and patriotism.

During the event, Kainazarov’s life path and contributions to the country were widely highlighted.

It should be noted that the hero, who participated in the Great Patriotic War at the Kalinin Front and commanded a self-propelled artillery platoon, was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree, the medals “For Military Merit,” “For Distinguished Service in the Protection of Public Order,” the Medal “For Impeccable Service” III degree, as well as 17 other awards, including the “For Bravery” medal by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, he was awarded the title “Honored Worker of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs,” and in 2003 he received the “Marshal Zhukov” medal.

The naming of one of Kyzylorda city’s streets after Yeleusin Kainazarov is a testament to the people’s sincere respect and high recognition of his life’s path.

The veteran’s life remains in history as an example of service to the Motherland, courage, and hard work for the benefit of his native country, Kazakhstan.
