Teams from Korkyt Ata University took prize places at the national volleyball tournament

Students from Korkyt Ata University in Kyzylorda demonstrated excellent results at the national volleyball tournament and took prize places.

This competition was timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of Academician Bakbergen Dosmanbetov, professor at the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, and the 30th anniversary of Kyzylorda University «Bolashak». A total of 10 teams from different regions of the country took part in the competition. In the end, the team from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University took first place, the team from the University of Peoples’ Friendship named after Academician A. Kuatbekov took second place, and the team «Korkyt Jas» from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University took third place.

                   
This victory is a vivid reflection of the university youth’s successes in the sports’ field. Representatives of Korkyt Ata University have once again proven that, in addition to their achievements in education and science, they are also able to conquer high peaks in sports.
