There was held an international conference in honor of Shanzharkhan Bekmagambetov's 75th anniversary

The III International Scientific-Theoretical Conference titled «Genetic Linguistics – A New Direction in Humanitarian Education: Research, Problems, Future», dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Shanzharkhan Bekmagambetov, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, and poet, took place at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University 

The conference was attended by representatives of the intellectuals, the university's faculty and staff, the scholar's colleagues, his pupils and current students.

At the meeting, the jubilee honoree, Shanzharkhan Bekmagambetov, delivered a report on «Genetic Linguistics – A New System of Thought», focusing on the features and significance of this scientific field.

During the event, reports were presented by: Syrtbay Musaev, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in Science and Technology, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philological Sciences; Rabiga Kulzhanova, philologist-translator; Tynyshtyk Ermekova, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor at the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University; Khanshayym Karabayeva, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Yrysgul Shakam, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor at the Pavlodar Pedagogical University; Nurdaulet Aldashov, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of the Faculty of Philology at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University; Zhenis Saduakasov, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University; and Kuldirsin Sarysheva, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. They discussed the directions of linguistics development and the scientific potential of genetic linguistics.

Shanzharkhan Bekmagambetov is a member of the Writers' Union of the International Kazakh Creative Association «Peaceful World», a Candidate of Philological Sciences and a poet. He was born on October 22, 1950, in the village of Kaskakulan, Aralsk region, Kyzylorda oblast.

The scholar's scientific works and textbooks have made a significant contribution to the development of Kazakh linguistics. His works are widely known in academic circles: «Structural and Semantic Features of Constructions in Explanatory Relations in the Kazakh Language» (2009), «Fundamentals of Linguistic Cognition and Linguistic Symbols» (1999), «Genetics of Language: The Sign System of Linguistic Consciousness» (2014), as well as the textbook «7 Lectures on the Theory of Genetic Linguistics» (2020).

In 2025, by the decision of the Educational and Methodological Association of the Science and Higher Education Ministry of Kazakhstan Republic, the scholar's two-volume textbook for higher education institutions, «Introduction to Genetic Linguistics», was publishedBesides, he has published over 70 scientific articles and a collection of poems, «Notes in the Heart», released in 2010. 

The scholar's work was recognized, and he was awarded the international medal
«M. Sholokhov», the Korkyt Ata medal, Letters of Gratitude from the Governor of Kyzylorda Oblast, and the A. Baitursynov golden medal.
