There has been reached an agreement for our students to undergo industrial internships at a Spanish factory

Daniel Hernandez, the director of Roca Group, visited Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University on a working visit.

The representative of the Spanish company was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Zhandos Bazartay and the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and IT Murat Aitimov.

Daniel Hernandez got acquainted with the work of the Water Management Museum named after the honored hydraulic engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Nalibaev, the «Methods of Physic-Chemical Analysis» engineering laboratory and the Artificial Intelligence Institute. The foreign representatives highly appreciated the material and technical potential of the educational institution.

The European company is going to build a new plant for the sanitary equipment production in Kyzylorda. This construction materials plant will become one of the largest in Central Asia. As part of a long-term partnership, the factory will employ engineering specialists from among the graduates of Korkyt Ata University.

Previously, representatives of Roca Group Kazakhstan noted promising opportunities for further cooperation with the university and expressed their readiness to allocate educational grants. Besides, university students, studying technical specialties, will be given the opportunity to undergo internships at the production facility.
