«National Dictation» was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda university

A nationwide dictation took place at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda university as part of the «National Dictation» project, organized by the public association «International Society «Kazakh Language», on the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education RK, and timed to coincide with the Day of Languages of Kazakhstan’s People and the birthday of the national educator Ahmet Baitursynov.

The aim of the event is to enhance the status of the state language, improve writing literacy and strengthen national identity and language culture.

The dictation was attended by the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the university, Beibitkul Karimova, members of the board, the teaching staff, students from all faculties and master's students. Participants demonstrated their skills in correct writing in the state language, showing an exemplary level of respect for the language and civic responsibility.

The National Dictation is a vivid manifestation of language culture’s popularization and the strengthening of national unity.
