Adapting the concept of the Rule of Law to national legal system
The Faculty of Law of the International Kazakh Turkish University named after Qoja Ahmet Iasaui, held a scientific seminar for faculty members and doctoral students on the topic «Transformation of the concept of the Rule of Law and issues of its adaptation to the national legal space». The event was organized in accordance with the Concept for promoting the ideology of law and order in society for 2025–2030.

The meeting was attended by Yerlan Altaev, candidate of legal sciences, professor at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, and Marat Sadykov, a forensic expert.
In their presentations, they conducted a deep scientific analysis of the historical origins of the Rule of Law concept, which is the cornerstone of a state governed by law, the paths of its evolutionary development, and its influence on modern national legal systems.

During the seminar, effective ways to adapt this concept within the legal space of the Republic of Kazakhstan, current issues in law enforcement practice, and new mechanisms for enhancing legal culture and responsibility in the digital society were widely discussed.
The faculty members and doctoral students who participated in the event asked relevant questions on the scientific topic and received valuable theoretical and practical insights.
