Current legal issues discussed in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University's online course

From January 12 to 23, 2026, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, jointly with the Department of history of state and law, constitutional and administrative law, will be organizing an online course. The course is dedicated to the theme: «Issues and prospects for the development of constitutional and administrative law legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the 2027 constitutional reforms».

The objective of the course is to provide participants with systematic and in-depth knowledge of current trends in the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan's legislation in the field of constitutional and administrative law, as well as future reform directions. It also aims to foster scientific and practical approaches aimed at improving law enforcement practices.

Faculty members from the «Jurisprudence» educational program at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University are also participating in the online course, enhancing their professional qualifications.

Today, under the theme «Theoretical and legal aspects», lectures were delivered. During the sessions, concepts such as the rule of law, the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, state anti-corruption policy, the formation of legal culture, and the legal foundations and current issues of personal data protection were extensively covered. The professorial and teaching staff explained the topics using a modern scientific approach and practical examples, and the lectures were conducted in a substantive and interactive format. Participants expressed their opinions and actively engaged in discussions on current issues.

The course will continue in the coming days, with participants anticipating insightful lectures and discussions dedicated to pressing issues and reformative changes in the field of constitutional and administrative law.
