There was held «You are young, You are energetic» seminar-training

The Psychological support center at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University conducted a seminar-training on «You are young, you are energetic» for the university's young specialists.

The main goal of the event was to create conditions for the psychological adaptation of young specialists, who recently started their work, to their professional activities. During the training, participants completed various tasks aimed at developing teamwork skills and fostering positive self-esteem. Problematic areas in the personal and professional spheres of young specialists were also identified, and solutions were discussed.

Such events contribute to the professional growth of young specialists and their rapid adaptation to the work environment.
