Motivation from Emin Askerov: social entrepreneur spoke at Kyzylorda University

Emin Askerov, a renowned social entrepreneur, founder of the «Green Tal» social workshop and the school of social entrepreneurship, delivered a motivational lecture to students of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The meeting was attended by acting rector Dana Abdarsheva, faculty and university students.

During the event, Emin Askerov emphasized the importance of social entrepreneurship as a new direction that combines business and social responsibility. He spoke about his «Green Tal» project, which provides employment for people with disabilities, orphanage graduates and other socially vulnerable groups.

The speaker noted that his choice to pursue social entrepreneurship was not accidental, as he grew up in a family involved in social work. Emin Askerov shared that he overcame many difficulties on his path to his current achievements, but it was this experience that strengthened him and helped him achieve his goals in social entrepreneurship.

During the meeting, he gave students life and professional advice: «If you want to become a master of your craft, read at least 50 books a year. Do what you love. Don't be afraid to make mistakes and don't pay attention to other people's opinions».

At the end of the meeting, acting rector Dana Abdarsheva thanked Emin Askerov and announced plans to develop joint programs in social work and inclusive entrepreneurship.

The university administration intends to continue working with Emin Askerov in order to exchange experience.
