Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition for the vacant position of the Research Coordination Department Head

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit the following documents:

    1)  an application for participation in the competition;

    2)  a copy of an identity document;

    3)  a CV (service record) with a 3×4 cm color photograph;

    4)  copies of education certificates and their supplements, with originals provided for verification;

    5)  a copy of a document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department at the current or most recent place of work;

    6)  a list of scientific publications and inventions (if any);

  7)  Medical Certificate Form №075/u “Medical Certificate (professional medical advisory opinion)” approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 № KR HCM-175/2020 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 №21579);

   8)  a certificate on the presence or absence of a criminal record issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Submission of an incomplete set of documents, as specified above, shall constitute grounds for refusal to accept the application.

Applicants may submit additional information regarding their education and professional level (list of scientific publications, references from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

The Head must be aware of: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Science and Technological Policy”, “On Education”, “On Copyright and Related Rights”; the Concept for the Development of Higher Education and Science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023–2029; resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating education and science; regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the University Charter; orders and instructions of the University management; internal regulations and procedures; decisions of the Board of Directors, the Management Board, the Academic Council, and the Scientific and Technical Council.

Qualification requirements for the Head position: an academic degree or a PhD; at least 3 years of experience in research and organizational work.

Deadline for submission of documents: April 15, 2026, until 17:00.
The date and venue of the competition will be announced additionally.
