Rhetorical skills of Prosecution and Defense in a Court trial

With the aim of integrating theoretical learning with practical application, third-year students of the "Jurisprudence" educational program participated in an open court hearing.

This event was organized as part of promoting the "Law and order" principle among youth, as defined in the Message of the Republic of Kazakhstan President, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, "A Fair Kazakhstan: Law and order, economic growth, public optimism".

During the practical session, which was attended by representatives of the judicial system, students mastered the requirements for presenting evidence of the investigation and the indictment, as well as clarifying the rights of the victim.

It is planned to regularly involve students in open court proceedings to foster the professional skills of future lawyers and enhance their legal literacy in the future.
