AQYL TECH / IT AIEL KYZYLORDA 2026: Empowering IT-initiatives

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University recently hosted a major workshop titled AQYL TECH /IT AIEL KYZYLORDA 2026. The event aimed to boost digital literacy among women and youth, showcase career opportunities in IT, and drive the growth of the local startup culture.

The workshop was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Board – Rector, Nauryzbay Baikadamov. He highlighted the critical role of digital technology and innovation in social development, noting that such platforms are vital for networking, brainstorming new ideas, and career guidance.

Highlights of the Forum: Aziza Shuzheeva, Chairwoman of "TechnoWomen" Foundation, delivered a keynote on "New Opportunities for Women and Youth: Aqyl Tech / IT Aiel", focusing on gender empowerment in the digital age. The event also celebrated the graduates of the Techno Tumar incubation program for girls, Amisha Khadai, Manager at the "Civil Initiatives Support Center", shared insights into government support programs and upcoming initiatives, Zhanarys Tubekbaev, Director of Kyzylorda Hub, presented the regional startup ecosystem and offered a roadmap for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Expert Sessions: Nurgul Beksultanova, entrepreneur and financial analyst, emphasized the importance of financial literacy with her session: "If you don’t manage your finances, your finances will manage you", Nadira Batyrbaeva, founder of AI Pro School and Co-founder of Strimmeo.com, demonstrated the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in her talk: "Earning 20-30k KZT in 2-3 hours: the formula for success via ai-creatives".

The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session, providing a vibrant space for dialogue and networking between participants and industry leaders.
