MEETING AIMED AT DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION
The Psychological Support Center of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University held an important meeting with students named "Drug abuse and its prevention".
The main goal of the event was to widely inform young people about the harms of drug abuse, explain its negative impact on society and human life, and promote measures for its prevention.
Specialists provided detailed information about the detrimental effects of drug abuse on human health, psychological state, and social life during the meeting. Besides, specific information was presented on the causes of harmful habit formation, factors leading to addiction, and ways to prevent it.
Students asked questions that concerned them and received professional consultations from the specialists.
