THE "IZBASAR" PROGRAM – A NEW IMPETUS FOR FUTURE SPECIALISTS

An informational meeting dedicated to the "IZBASAR" program, organized by "NAC Kazatomprom" JSC, and available vacancies, was held at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. The meeting, organized by the Recruitment Department and the Career Center, was attended by students from the Engineering and Technology Institute and the Artificial Intelligence Institute, who received up-to-date information.

The main goal of the meeting was to acquaint students with the opportunities offered by the program, which is aimed at supporting active youth, and to open pathways for their professional development.

During the meeting, students were provided with comprehensive information about the content of the "IZBASAR" program, participation requirements, and its key benefits. This program offers young specialists the opportunity to gain experience and enhance their professional skills within a major national company.

Among the specially invited guests were qualified specialists from the production sector. Particularly, Zhenis Alua Sanatkyzy, a geologist at "Ortalyk Production Enterprise" LLP, provided students with a detailed overview of the program and shared her experience.

Representatives from "Baiken-U" LLP also presented important information to students regarding employment opportunities within the company. These included Gizat Erkebulan Nurlybekovich, Chief Manager of the Geological and Geotechnical Department, and Ismail Nursultan Samatovich, Chief Manager of the HR and Social Work Department.

Company representatives shared complete information on the registration process on the official website for employment at "Baiken-U" LLP, resume submission, and selection stages during the meeting. Furthermore, the opportunities the company offers its employees, social support measures, and prospects for professional growth were extensively presented.

Students asked their questions and received specific answers from industry specialists at the conclusion of the event. It is a well-known fact that such informative meetings contribute to the integration of students' theoretical knowledge with practical experience and their development into competitive specialists in the labor market
