Vacancy Announcement: Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and IT of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC

The Directors Board of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC announces a competition for the vacant position of Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and IT. Location: 29A Ayteke Bi Street, Kyzylorda, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Core activity: Provision of educational services in higher, postgraduate, technical and vocational, secondary, post-secondary, and additional education.

Mission: Creating necessary conditions for high-quality education and teaching aimed at the formation, development, and professional growth of the individual based on national and universal values, scientific achievements, and practical applications, as well as the development of scientific potential and commercialization of research.

Candidate Requirements

1)    Education: Possession of higher and postgraduate degrees.

2)    Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in leadership positions within educational organizations and/or authorized bodies in relevant fields.

The following persons are ineligible to apply:

1)     Persons under the age of 25.

2)     Persons with a prior history of corruption-related offenses.

3)     Persons with an outstanding or unspent criminal record.

4)     Persons registered with specialized medical (mental health or addiction) institutions.

5)     Other cases as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Required Documents

Candidates must submit the following:

1)    Application in the prescribed form.

2)    Copy of Identity Document.

3)    Service Record (CV/Resume) with a 3x4 cm color photograph in the prescribed form.

4)    Copies of Diplomas and Transcripts (originals must be provided for verification):

-        Degrees obtained abroad by Kazakhstani citizens must include copies of recognition/nostrification certificates, unless the degree was obtained via the "Bolashak" scholarship or falls under international mutual recognition treaties.

-        "Bolashak" scholars must include a certificate of completion from the Center for International Programs.

5)    Copy of Employment Record (labor book), certified by the HR department of the current or most recent place of employment.

6)    Medical Certificate (Form №075/U).

7)    Certificate from a Neuropsychiatric Organization issued within one year of submission.

8)    Certificate from a Narcological Organization issued within one year of submission.

9)    Document confirming the absence of any ban on holding the position in accordance with criminal legislation.
