Announcement of Vacancy: Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Affairs of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC

The Board of Directors of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company (NJSC) hereby announces a competition for the vacant position of Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for Social and Student Affairs. Location: 29A Ayteke Bi Street, Kyzylorda, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main Activity: Provision of educational services in the fields of higher, postgraduate, technical and vocational, secondary, post-secondary, and additional education.

Objective: To create the necessary conditions for high-quality education, learning, and teaching aimed at the formation, development, and professional growth of the individual based on national and universal values, scientific achievements, and practical applications, as well as the development of scientific potential and the commercialization of research and development.

Candidate Requirements

1)    Education: Possession of higher and postgraduate degrees.

2)    Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in leadership positions within educational organizations and/or authorized bodies in the relevant sectors.

Ineligibility Criteria:

1)     Persons under 25 years of age.

2)     Persons with a prior history of corruption-related offenses.

3)     Persons with an outstanding or unspent criminal record.

4)     Persons registered with specialized medical (mental health or addiction) institutions.

5)     Other cases as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Required Documents for Submission

1)    Application in the prescribed form.

2)    Copy of Identity Document.

3)    Service Record (CV) with a 3x4 cm color photograph in the prescribed form.

4)    Copies of Diplomas and Transcripts (originals must be provided for verification):

-        Degrees obtained abroad by Kazakhstani citizens must include copies of recognition/nostrification certificates, unless obtained via the "Bolashak" scholarship or covered by international mutual recognition treaties.

-        "Bolashak" scholars must include a certificate of completion from the "Center for International Programs" JSC.

5)    Certified Copy of Employment History, verified by the HR department of the current or most recent employer.

6)    Medical Certificate (Form №075/U).

7)    Certificate from a Neuropsychiatric Organization (issued within one year of submission).

8)    Certificate from a Narcological Organization (issued within one year of submission).

9)    Document confirming the absence of a legal ban on holding the position in accordance with criminal legislation.

Candidates may provide additional information regarding their professional qualifications, such as certificates of advanced training, academic degrees/titles, letters of recommendation, scientific publications, etc.
