"Best quality service provider" Competition

Invitation to participate in the "Best quality service provider" competition, organized by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service Affairs.

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service Affairs invites state bodies and organizations providing public services to participate in the "Best quality service provider" competition (hereinafter — the Competition).

Goal of the Competition: To enhance the status of service providers, provide incentives, and strengthen the foundations of client-orientation in their work.

Stages of the Competition:

1)      First stage — Regional level (selection of candidates in the regions, public voting).

2)      Second stage — Republican level (determination of winners).

The regional stage is held in each of the 20 regions of the country. At this stage, the winners of the first round are determined. Winners are identified based on the results of public voting (votes from adult residents of the respective region) and the evaluation of the Regional Competition Commission.

Schedule of the First Stage:

1.      Acceptance of applications: May 4 – May 14.

2.      Verification of documents: May 15 – May 19.

3.      Regional commission, personal interview: May 20 – May 28.

4.      Submission of materials (photo, biography, video) for upload to the public voting platform: May 29.

5.      Public voting: June 3 – June 4.

6.      Summarizing voting results: June 5 – June 6.

7.      Publication of public voting results on the website www.lidergosuslug.kz: June 8.

8.      Submission of the list of winners for participation in the republican stage: June 9 – June 10.

List of Documents for Participation:

To participate in the Competition, candidates must submit the following documents to the Department:

1)      Application for participation in accordance with Appendix №1.

2)      Photograph: High quality, clear image without blurring, pixelation, extraneous inscriptions, or logos, Format: Vertical (3:4 ratio), minimum resolution 900x1200 px, File type: JPEG or PNG.

3)      Biography (according to methodological recommendations): Format: Word (.doc/.docx), Length: No more than 500 characters (including spaces), Content: A brief description of the candidate's activities without promotional slogans or unnecessary information.

4)      Video about activities (according to methodological recommendations): High quality video and sound (no sharp noise or distortion), Format: Horizontal (16:9), duration up to 10 minutes, File type: MP4.

Application Period: From May 4, 2026, to May 14, 2026.
