STRATEGIC SESSION FOR IMPROVING REGIONAL MANAGEMENT

At the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, a new modular educational program has been launched at the initiative of the "AMANAT" party. This program is designed to enhance leadership skills and improve the quality of public administration.

The Political Management Academy under the party is organizing seminars and advanced training programs as part of the project for rural governors, council deputies, and representatives of primary party organizations. The goal is to strengthen the capacity of the management system in the regions.

The opening ceremony of the seminar was participated by Dana Abdrasheva, Member of the University Board – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs; Tamara Duisenova, Director of the Political Management Academy; Zhandos Bazartai, Chairman of the "AMANAT" party’s regional branch; Murat Tleumbetaev, Chairman of the regional council; and Meirambek Shermagambet, Deputy Governor of the region. They wished the seminar attendants productive learning and success.

The training program will last for three days. A total of 130 people participated in the seminar, including governors of rural districts, council deputies, specialists from regional and territorial party branches, as well as representatives of primary party organizations.

During the training, participants will gain knowledge from experienced academy lecturers on themes such as "Leadership and value orientation", "Management of regional and local community development", "Taxes for development: from tax base to local level results", and "Budgetary vertical: from republic to village".

This training program will not only enhance the professional knowledge of the participants but also enable them to apply effectively the acquired experience in solving socially significant problems of the region.
