KEY MEETING: RECTOR AND “KAZGERMUNAI” MANAGEMENT AT THE SAME TABLE

The Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Nauryzbay Baikadamov, held a meeting with Botagoz Ashirbekova, Deputy General Director for human resources and social affairs at “Kazgermunai”, and Aigerim Yerdaliyeva, Lead Engineer for personnel training and development.

The parties discussed issues of further developing bilateral cooperation, supporting students, and jointly implementing socially significant projects during the meeting. Botagoz Serikbayevna emphasized the company's interest in continuing the partnership in the field of education, science, and their readiness to implement joint initiatives in the future.

“Kazgermunai” is one of the university's strategic partners and company provides continuous support to students from socially vulnerable categories. Over the past three years, 146 students have received financial assistance totaling 59,068,900 tenge with the company's sponsorship. This support offers young people excellent opportunities for obtaining a qualitative education and professional development.

Besides, the company makes a significant contribution to the development of the university's research activities. Particularly, it supports the implementation of scientific projects, contributes to enhancing the potential of young scientists, and strengthens the link between science and production. Such initiatives pave the way for the development of innovative research and the implementation of scientific results in production.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the university's Rector, Nauryzbay Seitkaliuly, especially highlighted company’s significant contribution to the development of education and science, as well as to the social support of students. He expressed our gratitude to the company's representatives and presented them with a Letter of Appreciation and a commemorative gift on behalf of the university staff.

The parties expressed their intention to continue mutually beneficial partnership and implement jointly new projects in the future as well.
