Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a contest for the vacant position of Head of the Office for Educational Programs Coordination and Academic Process Planning

To participate in the contest, candidates must submit the following documents:

1)   Application form for participation in the contest;

2)   Copy of the identity document of the participant;

3)   Record of service (track record) of the participant with a  cm color photograph;

4)   Copies of educational documents (diplomas) and transcripts, along with originals for verification;

5)   Copy of document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department of the current or most recent place of work;

6)   List of scientific publications and inventions (if applicable);

7)   Medical Certificate Form No. 075/u ("Medical professional advisory opinion" under Order of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020, No. KR HCM-175/2020, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020, No. 21579);

8)   Certificate on the presence or absence of a criminal record, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Submission of an incomplete set of documents as per the list above shall serve as grounds for arbitrary refusal to accept the application.

Participants in the contest are entitled to submit additional information regarding their education and professional competence (list of scientific publications, letters of recommendation from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

The Head of the Office must be aware: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On Science", "On Anti-Corruption", and "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan"; Qualification requirements for educational activities of higher and (or) postgraduate education institutions, as well as the list of documents confirming compliance, and other normative legal acts regulating higher education system operations and development; Scientific and practical issues of relevant fields of knowledge, main trends in science development; Laws, resolutions, orders, directives, standards, and other regulatory and methodological documents related to the Office’s work and the educational process; Best practices of educational institutions in organizing the academic process; Procedures for concluding and performing contracts; Occupational safety, health, and fire safety regulations and standards.

Qualification Requirements: Higher education, at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience.

Deadline for submission: June 15, 2026, until 17:00. The date and location of the contest will be announced additionally.
