ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE IS A GUARANTEE OF EFFECTIVE DIALOGUE BETWEEN THE STATE AND SOCIETY
Representatives of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University participated in a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the establishment of administrative courts in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by the Governor of the region, Murat Yergeshbayev, the Chairman of the Regional Court, Adilkhadi Shagymbaev, heads of law enforcement agencies, veterans of the judicial system, lawyers, employees of state institutions, scientists, and legal experts.
During the conference, the stages of formation and development of the institution of administrative justice, its role in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, and its significance in the system of public administration were widely discussed.
At the meeting, the Director of the Economics and Law Institute of Korkyt Ata University, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Ainur Isaeva, delivered a report. The scholar spoke about the role of administrative justice in fostering an effective dialogue between the state and society.

It should be noted that Korkyt Ata University contributes to the development of legal education and science in the region, the training of qualified lawyers, and the scientific study of legal reforms.
