TEACHERS MASTERED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CAPABILITIES
Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted a professional development course titled "Artificial intelligence tools in education", organized by the Professional Development and Continuing Education Center.
The objective of the course, conducted in a blended format as part of a summer school, was to enhance the digital competence of the faculty and develop skills for the effective application of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process.

The course was led by the BIC Center specialist Zhanarys Tubekbayev. Participants gained knowledge in the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, the development of educational materials, the creation of multimedia content, student performance assessment, and the ethical principles of AI usage.
The capabilities of platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot were presented during the training, and their application in educational practice was explored. Upon completion of the course, participants defended their original projects and received corresponding certificates.
