THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE SUMMARIZED ITS WORK FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR

A conference was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University to review the work of the Professional Education Committee for the first half of 2026.

The event was attended by staff from the regional Education and Science Department, Gulnara Eskalieva, chairwoman of the Vocational Training Committee, Nauryzbay Baikadamov, Rector of the university, and members of the Industrial Relations Committee. 

Aitjan Orazbakov, chairman of the Labor Relations Committee, delivered a report during the conference on the work fulfilled during the reporting period, including the protection of employees’ labor and social rights, the provision of social support, and the organization of cultural, social, and sporting events.

It was announced at the meeting that Aitzhan Zhumabaevich had stepped down from his position as chairman of the trade union committee at his own request. He had led the trade union for eight years and, during that time, made a significant contribution to protecting the rights and social interests of union members and improving the organization’s efficiency.

The university administration and staff of the regional Education and Science Department expressed their appreciation and gratitude to Aitjan Orazbakov, chairman of the trade union committee, for his many years of successful work.

A new chairman of the trade union committee was elected by resolution of the conference, and the main objectives for the coming period were defined.

The sectorial committee’s work for the first half of 2026 was positively assessed, and proposals were made aimed at further improving the organization’s activities at the conclusion of the meeting.
