KORKYT ATA KYZYLORDA UNIVERSITY RANKS AMONG THE TOP 10 UNIVERSITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

On June 23, 2026, the results of the Independent Ranking of Demand for Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 2026, conducted by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), were published. The ranking included 32 Kazakhstani universities representing various fields of study, including multidisciplinary, technical, humanities and economics, medical, pedagogical, and arts institutions. It is noteworthy that in 2026 the coverage of educational programs expanded, with the number of ranked programs increasing by 10.7%.

In 2026, a total of 90 educational programs of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University participated in the ranking, which is 18 more than in 2025.

According to the ranking results, the University placed 7th, scoring 77,589 points. This represents an increase of 13,889 points compared to 2025, when the University scored 63,700 points.

For many years, Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University has consistently remained among the top ten universities in Kazakhstan, demonstrating a high standard of specialist training, quality educational services, and strong graduate employability in the labor market.

A total of 31 educational programs of the University were ranked among the top three in their respective categories.
