GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR STUDENTS OF THE NATURAL SCIENCES INSTITUTE

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted a solemn ceremony for the graduation of students from the Institute of Natural Sciences.

This year, the institute graduated 630 bachelors and 79 masters, 47 graduates of them received honors diplomas, and 7 students were awarded the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The celebratory event was attended by the Governor of Kyzylorda region, Murat Yergeshbayev; the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Nauryzbay Baikadamov; a state and public figure, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, and Scientific Supervisor of "Bolashak" University, Bakbergen Dosmanbetov; the Chairperson of the public association "Syr Eli Regional Women's Council", Raikul Bainazarova; the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Kyzylorda region, Olympic champion, holder of the Order of "Barys" I degree, and seven-time champion of Kazakhstan, Bakhtiyar Artayev; the Head of the Department of Digital Technologies of Kyzylorda region, Sabit Ibadulla; Honored Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participant of the London Olympics 2012, and senior coach of Kyzylorda region in weightlifting, Almas Uteshov; Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and IT, Bayanali Doszhanov; Director of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Gulzhas Toktaganova; Professor of the "Physics and Mathematics" educational program, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Bakhytkhan Abdikarimov; and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor, Bakhyt Kaliev. The participants delivered parting words and warm wishes to the graduates. 

The head of the region, Murat Yergeshbayev, in his congratulatory speech, emphasized the importance of training educated and competitive young specialists.

"You are the future and the support of our country, young and energetic people. A great responsibility for building a Fair Kazakhstan rests on your shoulders. You are the creative force that will conquer new heights for the country", said the Governor of the region.

Besides, on behalf of the residents of the region, he expressed his gratitude to the faculty and staff and wished success to the university team.

In his turn, the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of the university, Nauryzbay Baikadamov, congratulated the graduates on this significant milestone in their lives and wished them to effectively use their acquired knowledge for the benefit of the country and to conquer professional heights.
