3. Terms of the tender.

The tender for the provision of property for lease is conducted in two stages:

1) at the first stage of the tender, the envelopes with tenders are opened

applications and qualification selection of participants for compliance with the requirements of the Rules and

tender documentation;

2) In the second stage of the tender, admitted participants bid on increasing the rent. The starting rent is the highest initial offer from one of the participants admitted to the second stage of the tender.
