MINISTERIAL ADVISOR REVIEWS KORKYT ATA UNIVERSITY’S PREPAREDNESS FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR

Ruslan Yemelbayev, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paid a working visit to the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University to inspect the institution's preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Nauryzbay Baikadamov, the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the university, briefed the advisor on the university's current operations, the organization of the academic process, and key objectives for the upcoming period during the visit.

The Ministerial Advisor toured the academic facilities, evaluated the conditions created for students, and reviewed the measures taken to ensure a high-quality educational process. He also visited the dormitories and construction sites. Currently, works are actively fulfilled on the construction of the Engineering Park and the Drone Assembly Center, both of which are scheduled to be commissioned in October.

It should be noted that more than 3000 new students have been enrolled at the university for the 2026–2027 academic year. As a result, the total number of students at the university has reached nearly 12,000.
