“SUCCESSFUL STUDENT: COMMUNICATION AND ADAPTATION” TRAINING HELD

The Psychological Support Centre of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University held a training session titled “Successful Student: communication and adaptation” for first-year students residing in the Dilmash dormitory.

The training aimed to provide students with psychological support as they adapt to a new environment, develop their interpersonal communication skills, and strengthen team spirit.

During the session, the students completed various psychological tasks and exercises, including “Confident Communication,” “Crossing the Bridge,” and “My Superpower.” The participants were actively involved and freely exchanged opinions with one another.

As a result of the training, the students improved their skills in meeting and establishing connections with new people, learned to express their thoughts openly and respectfully, and developed their teamwork abilities. They also learned effective ways to adapt to the university environment.
