Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition for the vacant position of Senior Methodologist at the Registrar’s Office (Temporary Position)

The following documents must be submitted to participate in the competition:

1)  Application for participation in the competition;

2)  Copy of the applicant’s identity document;

3)  Applicant’s employment record (CV) with a colour photograph measuring 3 × 4 cm;

4)  Copies of education certificates and their supplements, with the originals presented for verification;

5)  Copy of a document confirming employment history, certified by the human resources department at the applicant’s current or most recent place of employment;

6)  List of research publications and inventions, if available;

7)  Medical Certificate, Form No. 075/u (Medical Professional Advisory Opinion), in accordance with Order No. RK HCM-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 October 2020 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4^th, 2020, under No. 21579);

8)  Certificate issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan confirming the presence or absence of criminal offence records.

Failure to submit a complete set of documents specified in this list constitutes grounds for refusing to accept the application. Applicants may submit additional information concerning their education and professional qualifications, including a list of academic publications and references from the management of their previous place of employment, as well as documents confirming their work experience and qualifications.

The Senior Methodologist of the Registrar’s Office must be aware: Scientific and practical issues in the relevant fields of knowledge and the main areas of scientific development; laws, resolutions, orders, directives, standards and other regulatory and methodological documents relating to the educational process and research activities; best practices of educational institutions in organizing the learning process; established procedures for organizing and planning the work of the Registrar’s Office; methods and techniques of teaching; requirements applicable to all types of classes; procedures for concluding and executing contracts; fundamentals of labour legislation; procedures for preparing, formalizing and maintaining educational and research documentation; occupational health and safety regulations, industrial sanitation standards and fire safety requirements.

Qualification requirements for the Senior Methodologist of the Registrar’s Office: A higher education degree and a high level of professional expertise, experience and practical skills in the field of education.

The deadline for submitting applications is 5:00 p.m. on 4 October 2026. The date and venue of the competition will be announced additionally.
