Information on the lease of a land plot under a special procedure for the construction of a frame pavilion within projects involving the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC lessee’s investment obligations

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC hereby informs interested individuals and legal entities that a land plot is available for lease under a special procedure for the construction of a frame pavilion within projects involving the lessee’s investment obligations for 2026–2027.

The land plot will be leased in accordance with the Rules for Leasing (Renting/Subleasing) the Immovable Property of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC. The Rules are available on the Lessor’s official website at the following link: https://www.calameo.com/read/007832605b76d4b64dcee.

Information about the land plot:

Lessor: Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University NJSC, Business Identification Number (BIN) 960540000620.

Application requirements: a detailed cost estimate, work schedule, an opinion issued by an independent appraiser included in the relevant register, security for the fulfilment of investment obligations (bank guarantee/insurance), and an approved project/Terms of Reference (TOR). The investment amount must not be lower than the thresholds established by the Methodology (Appendix No. 4).

The deadline for submitting applications for projects involving the lessee’s investment obligations is 10:00 a.m. on October 5th 2026.
