AI MONTH: GENERATIVE AI WORKSHOP HELD AT KYZYLORDA HUB

As part of AI Month, an AI Workshop dedicated to the practical application of artificial intelligence tools took place at the Kyzylorda Hub business incubator. Nearly 40 participants attended the event and acquired practical techniques for effectively using generative artificial intelligence capabilities in their daily work and learning processes.

The main objective of the AI Workshop was not only to introduce participants to modern generative AI tools, but also to build skills for applying them in executing specific tasks. Organized in a hands-on format, the program allowed attendees to reinforce theoretical concepts immediately through practical assignments.

During the workshop, participants learned the core principles of properly tasking artificial intelligence. Specifically, they covered strategies for drafting precise prompts, accurately defining task goals, and providing the necessary context to achieve high-quality results.

The event covered several key areas:

·        Fundamentals of Generative AI — AI capabilities and ways to utilize it in everyday tasks;

·        Prompting — techniques for giving clear instructions to AI and obtaining quality outputs;

·        Automating Routine Tasks — streamlining work with texts, information, and documents;

·        Content Creation — capabilities for generating text and visual content using AI;

·        Practical Work — hands-on execution of specific tasks by participants using AI tools.

In the practical section, attendees applied AI tools to write copy, process data, prepare visual materials, and optimize workflows.

The AI Workshop format is conducted on a regular basis at Kyzylorda Hub and is tailored to diverse target audiences. The workshops are designed for university students, school pupils, educators, entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone interested in integrating AI capabilities into their activities.

When working with different groups, the program content is adapted to meet their specific needs. For instance, emphasis is placed on educational AI applications for teachers, business task optimization for entrepreneurs, and learning, content creation, and project development cases for students and youth.

This workshop within AI Month is part of Kyzylorda Hub’s ongoing effort to foster practical AI knowledge and digital competencies in the region.

Kyzylorda Hub will continue hosting educational events in artificial intelligence, regularly delivering practical programs that empower participants not only to explore AI tools, but also to leverage them effectively for real-world work, academic, and project tasks.
