The regional office of the International Startup Technopark Astana Hub in the Kyzylorda region has been opened

On the basis of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Business Incubator and the Information Technology Center of the Kyzylorda Region, the Kyzylorda Hub startup Technology Park has been opened to support and develop startups and innovators.

The main goal of the Kyzylorda Hub is the development of innovative projects in the region, training and education in this area. There are opportunities for those who want to join the center, aimed at uniting startups, investors, mentors in one place. During the development of startup projects during the incubation period, support will be provided to entrepreneurial knowledge, project prototypes, investment attraction, financial accounting and PR direction.

Within the framework of the partnership with the Astana Hub Technopark, the regional startup projects competition among school and college graduates "Startup Talapker", the "Idea Battle" competition dedicated to identifying the best startup projects, supporting entry to a new level of development, awarding the best projects and the incubation period "Startup Joly" will be organized. In addition, along with the "Startup School" online courses for citizens who want to start their startup project and gain knowledge on the development of their business, "No Code", demonstrating new skills in developing an IT product without using code, the "Startup Academy" program for students in technological entrepreneurship will be implemented. With the support of the Information Technology Center of the Kyzylorda region, events for the development of innovative projects Smart city Hackathon, Pecha Kucha Night, Innofest Kyzylorda 2024 will be organized in the region.

It is worth noting that within the framework of the concept of youth entrepreneurship, a business incubator of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University has been operating since 2017, which is aimed at developing startup projects for students and teachers of the university, to support young entrepreneurs who want to start their own business, but do not have the opportunity, and to assist in creating productive production. In total, 139 residents and 7,600 young entrepreneurs are involved in the work of the incubator.
