By the decision of the Academic Council of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, the cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, writer Uzakbayev Begimbay Uzakbayevich was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of the university.

At the scientific council, the Chairman of the Board-Rector Beibitkul Karimova noted that Begimbay Uzakbayevich is a writer who has made a great contribution to the development of the country.

The People's deputy was repeatedly awarded a Letter of Thanks from the Head of State, a Certificate of Honor from the akim of the region, badges "Enbektegi erligi ushin", "Eren enbegi ushin". He became a cultural figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a figure of Kazakh journalism.

Uzakbayev Begimbai is the author of several historical novels and 18 prose books. 26 novels and more than 80 short stories have been published in books.
