Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and Seoul National University of Science and Technology have signed an agreement

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SEOULTECH) of South Korea have signed an agreement on the development of the information technology industry in Kazakhstan within the framework of the Lupic program.

This cooperation will allow students of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University to study on the basis of a specialized curriculum on information technologies of Seoul Tech University.

The LUPIC 2030 program includes several important initiatives.

One of them is the opening of the school of artificial intelligence and a business incubator on the basis of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

Within the framework of the program, it is planned to exchange experience between Seoul University and Korkyt Ata University. Professors and students of Seoul University are invited to study in the field of information technology and exchange practical knowledge. The School of Artificial Intelligence covers the fields of machine learning and deep learning. In addition, he focuses on the development of virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR).

The first stage of the program will focus on creating infrastructure and training teachers. Then the exchange of experience of teachers and students between Seoul University and Korkyt Ata University will begin to strengthen interaction and cooperation between educational institutions. At the third stage of the program, the business process is completely transferred from Seoul University to Korkyt Ata University.

The goal of this program is to create a solid foundation for the development of startups in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, as well as the use of VR/AR technologies and information technology. This strategic partnership between Seoul University and Korkyt Ata University promotes knowledge exchange, empowerment and innovative development in the field of information technology.
